1. What is the primary mode of payment checkout for products on your online store?

Our primary mode of payment is Paypal.

2. What currency options are available on your online store?

All payment transactions are in USD ($)

3. I do not have a Paypal account. Can I still purchase products from your store?

Yes indeed! Non-Paypal users DO NOT require a Paypal account or membership to make payments upon checkout. Instead, you also have the option to make payment with a standard Debit or Credit card.

4. How does this work?

Check out our step-by-step guide below on how to make a purchase on our store with your Debit or Credit card via Paypal checkout.

Step 1 - Once you have selected your items and added them to your cart, hit the Checkout button and you will be brought to the order summary page.

Step 2 - Fill in the requested contact information and click on the ‘Pay with Paypal’ button once you’re done.
Step 3 - You will be brought to the following screen. Proceed by clicking on 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' at the bottom section.

Step 4 - Fill in your card and billing details. Once finished, select the 'No, I don't want an account now' option at the end and click on the 'Continue in USD' button. You will then be returned back to the Order Summary page shown in Step 1. Once there, click on the 'Review & Purchase' button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5 - Voila, you're done! You will be forwarded to our order confirmation page. Purchasers of our digital products will be instantly provided with a download link to the respective file(s) as shown below.

5. What file formats are available for your digital products on the online store?

At present, all digital product files are available in PDF or DWG format. As we further expand our range of digital products, we will have more file format options available such as STL, 3DS and others respectively.

6. I have successfully purchased a digital product from your store but now I cannot access or load the file, it appears to be corrupted or damaged. What should I do?

If you experience any issues at all with your downloaded file(s), send us an email immediately to linedrawcadlab@gmail.com and we shall forward you a replacement working copy of the file directly via email.
